International Freight Pricing & Procurement Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content accordingly.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- Who We Are: description of company, core values, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for position summary? But we have "POSITION SUMMARY". That could be "About the role". Use About the role
with paragraph summarizing.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: list of duties. Use Responsibilities
with - each duty.
- BENCHMARKS FOR MEASURING SUCCESS: maybe could be considered "Qualifications"? Actually benchmarks are success metrics, not qualifications. Could be "Requirements"? Not exactly. Might be better to treat as "Qualifications"? But we already have SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS. Benchmarks could be omitted? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Benchmarks are specific content; we could create a section like "Success Metrics" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must use those headings only? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive? Probably we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- About the role: could combine Who We Are and Position Summary? But Who We Are is about company, not role. Might still fit under About the role? Could be separate "About the company" but not allowed. Maybe we can put Who Are under About the role as introductory paragraph.
- Responsibilities: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications? Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or Skills & Qualifications.
- Skills: Technical Skills, Business Skills, Leadership Skills.
We have both Skills & Qualifications section. Could split: Skills heading for technical/business/leadership skills; Qualifications heading for required/preferred qualifications.
We also have BENCHMARKS FOR MEASURING SUCCESS: maybe could be considered Requirements? Not really. Could be omitted if no matching heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop benchmarks. So we need to fit benchmarks into one of allowed headings. Perhaps "Requirements" could include benchmarks? Not ideal but we can include as part of Requirements? Or we could create a section "Requirements" and include benchmarks as part of it. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine benchmarks into Qualifications or Requirements.
We also have OFFICE / WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: could be considered "Schedule"? Not exactly. Could be omitted? But we must preserve substantive info. Could fit under "Schedule"? Not really. Could be under "Benefits"? No. Could be under "About the role"? Might be okay to add a paragraph about work environment under About the role.
Travel requirement also could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be under "Schedule"? Might be considered schedule? Travel is not schedule. Could be under "About the role". We'll include in About the role.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those lines.
We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does not mention salary range (only a note about salary range being guideline but no actual numbers). So we should NOT create Pay or Benefits or Schedule sections because no specific numbers/benefits listed. The posting mentions travel requirement, office environment, physical demands. That's not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits not mentioned. Pay not mentioned (only generic guideline). So we omit Pay, Benefits, Schedule.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills.
We need to map content:
About the role: include Who We Are description, Position Summary, maybe work environment and travel.
Responsibilities: list of duties from DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications (5+ years etc). Also maybe Benchmarks? Could include benchmarks as part of Requirements? But better to put benchmarks under Requirements? Or maybe under Qualifications? Let's think: Required Qualifications are explicit requirements. Preferred Qualifications are also qualifications. Benchmarks are success metrics, not requirements. Could we create a section "Requirements" and include both required qualifications and benchmarks? Might be okay.
Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? But we already used Required Qualifications under Requirements. Could also put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications.
Skills: Technical Skills, Business Skills, Leadership Skills.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details.
