International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior
About the role
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture combining expertise from Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. ITTS advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agendas through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing. The field of taxation is dynamic, offering opportunities to contribute to innovative projects and maintain a trusted advisor status.
Responsibilities
- Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management.
- Participate in cross-competency trainings to broaden career scope and develop as a trusted advisor.
- Handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value in a highly regulated industry.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant work experience.
- Progress toward or completion of a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
- Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
- Experience with international tax research, planning, and compliance.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Our comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes:
- Base salary range: $91,100 to $150,200 in the US, $109,400 to $170,600 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).

Pay
Base salary range: $91,100 to $150,200 in the US, $109,400 to $170,600 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Employees are granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
