International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior
About the role
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture between Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. ITTS advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing. The field of taxation is dynamic, offering opportunities to contribute to the development of new trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management.
- Participate in cross-competency trainings to enhance career development.
- Handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value.
- Maintain a strong reputation as a trusted advisor by managing regulatory compliance and bold initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant work experience.
- Progress toward or completion of a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
- Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
- International tax research, planning, and compliance experience.
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic vision.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $91,100 to $150,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $109,400 to $170,600. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
We expect most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
