We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Sections present: - About Barco Products (company description) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role. The posting has "Position Summary" and then details. We can treat "About the role" as summary of role. We'll include that. - Responsibilities: The posting has "Core Responsibilities" with many bullet points (though not bullet list but paragraphs). We'll extract each duty as list items. - Requirements: There's a "Requirements" heading then "Qualifications" subheading? Actually after "Important Details" there is "Requirements Qualifications". It seems they combined. We'll treat "Requirements" as heading and list bullet points of qualifications. - Qualifications: Might be separate but we can combine. The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications content; we can put under

Qualifications

. Also there is a "Key Competencies" maybe skills. We'll treat that as Skills. - Benefits: The posting has "What We Offer" with list: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission structure, Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave, Structured onboarding and in-house sales training program, A mission-driven company committed to sustainability and environmentally responsible products. That's benefits. - Pay: Not explicitly stated besides "Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission structure". That's pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation: "Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission structure". That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that detail. However we already included that in Benefits? Might be better to separate: Benefits section for health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, training, mission. Pay section for salary+bonus. We'll do that. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. - Also we have "Important Details" about location, visa sponsorship, etc. That's not a heading per instruction; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Probably we can include a short paragraph after About the role: location and work authorization. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. We must preserve all substantive info: company description, position summary, responsibilities, qualifications, key competencies, benefits, pay, location, visa sponsorship note. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep specifics. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

    Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission structure

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated content: we included location paragraph; we didn't repeat job title. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. We removed. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description? We omitted the About Barco Products description. That's substantive. Should we include it? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We have About the role section (position summary). The company description could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could add a short paragraph under About the role before the position summary. The posting includes "About Barco Products:" description. That's substantive. We should include it, maybe as a paragraph under About the role before the position summary. Let's add a paragraph: "At Barco Products, we're more than just a company; we're a team of dedicated people passionate about providing our customers with exceptional experiences. From high-quality products to personalized service, we've built our business on innovation and strong relationships. We believe in going the extra mile for our customers, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. We'll include that as a
