Role Overview

Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales. You will be responsible for managing air charter flights on behalf of our clients, including using your discretion and judgment to select aircraft, flight crews (where applicable), and other vendors while balancing customer expectations and budget.

Your decisions will have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line; you will be expected to deliver revenue and profitability in accordance with agreed financial targets. You will also be expected to deliver a superior service while managing a diverse portfolio of customers.

Primary duties

• Evaluate client needs, pricing, availability, and other relevant market factors to select most appropriate aircraft, crew, and other vendors for each charter, including executing contracts as necessary
• Support client bookings in all aspects of day-to-day trading, including taking appropriate steps to resolve grievances and handle unexpected occurrences
• Ensure that flights comply with domestic and international regulations applicable to the charter market
• Analyze market conditions, competitors’ capabilities, rate tolerance, and other factors to produce timely and well researched quote responses
• Support the Group’s Customer First initiative to its full extent
• Conduct sales calls and client visits as directed by your manager and in line with annual KPIs
• Work with Outside Sales team to effectively manage client relationships and flight logistics
