About the role
The Miami International Arbitration Group of HLC seeks a senior associate with approximately five years of international dispute experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the practical and strategic aspects of international disputes work, excellent writing and negotiating skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated client management teams. Applicants with an interest working with one of the top IA teams in Miami doing “cutting‑edge,” complex bet-your-company litigation/arbitration matters, skill at dealing with high‑profile, public matters, and the ability to be friendly and collegial with a team are encouraged to apply.

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $390,000 to $435,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.
