Continuum is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13-week internal travel assignment supporting Sheboygan, Sheboygan Progressive, Morningside, Plymouth, and Meadowview Health Services.

Pay

• $29.70/hr taxable
• $791/week housing
• $476/week meals & incidentals
• Up to $400 travel each way

$2,455 estimated weekly gross | $2,119 estimated weekly net

Schedule

• 40 hours scheduled / 35 guaranteed

Responsibilities

Support health services across multiple facilities in the Sheboygan area, including Sheboygan, Sheboygan Progressive, Morningside, Plymouth, and Meadowview Health Services.

• WI PT License Required or Ability to Obtain
