About the role

Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13‑week internal travel assignment supporting Riverview Health Services and Tomahawk Health Services in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. The assignment is located in the Northwoods Wisconsin area surrounded by lakes, rivers, wooded scenery and year‑round outdoor recreation. Riverview sits along the Wisconsin River and Tomahawk Health Services is an established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one.
• SNF/post‑acute experience preferred.
• Net Health experience preferred.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour taxable.
• $791 per week housing stipend.
• $476 per week meals & incidentals.

Schedule

• 13‑week assignment.
• 40 hours scheduled per week.
• 35 hours guaranteed per week.
