Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week internal travel assignment at Avalon Health and Rehab in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Travel therapy without the staffing‑agency middleman; internal travelers are W‑2 employees with weekly pay, benefit options, 401(k), license reimbursement, guaranteed hours, and opportunities to move into future assignments across the network. Mount Vernon offers a smaller central‑Ohio home base with a historic downtown and outdoor recreation while keeping the Columbus metro accessible on days off.

Requirements

• Active Ohio OT license or ability to obtain one.
• SNF/post‑acute experience preferred.

Pay

• $29.70 per hour taxable
• $791 per week housing stipend
• $476 per week meals & incidentals

• Estimated weekly net: $2,177 (assumes travel‑stipend eligibility and no elected benefit deductions)
• Travel reimbursement: up to $400 to the assignment and up to $400 for travel home
