Internal TA Speicalist

Job Summary

The Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist at WhiteCap Search will source, attract, and hire top talent for internal positions within the staffing agency. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, ensuring the right people are in place to support business goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Job Function

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach campaigns
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screenings, and scheduling
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand team hiring goals
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the process
• Track and update candidate activity in ATS and sourcing platforms
• Aid in offer coordination, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment follow-ups
• Build foundational knowledge of staffing agency metrics, sales environments, and recruiting best practices
• Contribute to employer branding efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in recruiting, sales, customer-facing roles, or internship experience in a staffing agency or similar environment
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales within a staffing agency setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or CRM tools is a plus
