(INTERNAL) Student - Scoops Cashier

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Responsible for stocking product, scooping ice cream, and cleaning.
• Cashier will be accountable for cash and other transactions.
• Must balance cash tray at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a current UVU Student.
• Must have at least 3 months cashiering experience.
• Must have Summer 2023 Class Schedule.
• Must have a current Food Handlers Permit or be able to acquire one within 2 weeks of being hired.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Employees will be required to know the duties of cashiers, customer service, and sales.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and handle stress well.
• 10 key and accounting skills may be helpful.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to be on time for work.
