We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Hearing Care Technician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in hearing healthcare, with a clearly defined path toward becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist. Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
  • Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
  • Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
  • Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in hearing care, with a commitment to the licensing pathway.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or patient-focused role.
