About the role

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Internal Quality Consultant for our Support Center who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up specific system wide policies with SME’s from entities/programs including training, implementation and evaluation activities.
  • Participate in assigned system workgroups with SME’s from entities/programs.
  • Assist in assessments of entities/programs, helps prepare entities/programs for survey and mock survey type activities, and participates in survey activity follow-up/ongoing activities.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders in accordance with the AHC Quality and Patient Safety Strategic Plan.
  • Aid in surveillance of regulatory, federal, state and local sites for new/modified governance.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • RN, strongly preferred.
  • Master’s in Healthcare related field, Management or Business, preferred.
  • 5 years clinical/healthcare experience required.
  • CPHQ preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week.
  • Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Shift Type: Day.
  • Shift Differential Eligible: No.

Pay

  • Pay Range: $83,112.12 - $124,675.20.
