Job Responsibilities
- Establishes, validates, and reviews employer liability status.
- Performs account review for assigned work queue.
- Identifies discrepancies, non-compliance, and implements account updates.
- Reviews and processes submitted documents, including status reports and quarterly filings.
- Performs data entry and account maintenance of quarterly filings, wage amendments, and benefit work items.
- Provides employer technical assistance and encourages online filing.
- Maintains compliance with agency customer service etiquette and standard operating procedures.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
- A bachelor's degree; OR a high school diploma with at least one year of experience in auditing, analysis, compliance or a similar field.
- Knowledge of laws and government regulations related to tax and agency policy and procedures and the ability to evaluate information to determine compliance.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with individuals inside and outside of the organization, representing Employer Tax Services to customers.
- Position may require employee to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and experience in auditing, analysis, compliance, or a similar field.
