• Support for scribes for documentation, dedicated office-based support staff, and various support specialists

• Team-based approach to managing high risk patients with support of nurses, social workers, behavioral health support specialists and population health coordinators

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
