The MercyOne Clinton Family Practice team is seeking a Full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join their team at North Health Plaza in Clinton, Iowa.

About the role

This is a competitive full-time position with a 2-year guarantee and $150k recruitment incentives. The practice offers great work-life balance with an outpatient-only schedule and 240 hours of paid annual time off. Relocation allowances up to $15,000 are provided, along with CME allowance of $3,000, comprehensive health benefits, and employer-sponsored professional liability insurance including tail insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
• Participate in shared outpatient call (1:3 ratio)
• Continuously engage in professional development through continuing medical education (CME) opportunities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S., U.K., or Canadian medical school
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Ability to obtain and maintain current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome)
