The MercyOne Clinton Family Practice team is seeking a Full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join their team at North Health Plaza, Clinton, Iowa.

About the role

This is a competitive full-time employed position with a 2-year guarantee and $150k recruitment incentives. The practice offers a great work-life balance with an outpatient-only schedule and 240 hours of paid annual time off. Relocation allowances up to $15,000 are available, along with CME allowance, employer-sponsored professional liability insurance, and retirement benefits with a 403(b) match.

Shift

Internal Medicine Opportunity at MercyOne, Clinton, Iowa. Competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $300,908 with a 2-year guarantee. The position is offered as an Internal Medicine Physician, with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Qualifications

• MD or DO - U.S., U.K., and Canadian trained physicians are welcome to apply
• BE/BC in IM (U.S., U.K., and Canadian Board)
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)

The MercyOne Clinton North Health Plaza is a multispecialty facility offering primary care, cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, ortho, and pediatrics services. The practice is led by 4 physicians, 5 APPs, and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff. The team provides a busy outpatient practice with immediate volume.
