Practice Overview

Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post‑acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals. The practice is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location, typically 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is performed in real‑time at point of care using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR. Paid training and a six‑month wound‑care fellowship are provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care across a network of over 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each assigned facility.
• Utilize cutting‑edge clinical technologies and the latest wound‑care modalities.
• Document patient encounters in real‑time using the proprietary EMR.
• Participate in physician‑level wound‑management training and fellowship programs.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of three weekdays per week for part‑time positions.
• W2 employment contract (no work‑visa sponsorship available).

Compensation

W2 full‑time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.

Schedule

Full‑time: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm (typically a 45‑hour work week).
Part‑time: Minimum of three days per week; full‑time role is 4–5 days per week. No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
