Internal Medicine Physician

Part-time position with a national wound physician group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals across a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Practice Overview

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM); part-time availability with a minimum of 3 days per week.
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Mobile practice: Physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Pay

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year.
