About the role

Part‑time Internal Medicine Physician position in Sioux Falls, SD with National Wound Physician Group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work‑life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, visiting 2‑3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20‑30 patients daily within a 40‑60 mile radius. Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each site, and documentation is completed point‑of‑care in real time using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management
• Learn from highly qualified wound‑certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors
• Utilize cutting‑edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities
• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long‑term acute care hospitals
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
• Document clinical notes point‑of‑care in real time using the proprietary wound‑specific EMR

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Pay

Schedule

• No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities
• Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm (approximately 45‑hour work week)
• Part‑time role: minimum of 3 days per week
• Full‑time role: 4–5 days per week
