We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative, outpatient-focused team in Oregon. The position offers full-time or part-time options with a flexible schedule, primarily providing outpatient care with shared phone call responsibilities. Positions are available at multiple clinic locations in Oregon, offering a supportive environment rooted in the Pacific Northwest's recreational and cultural amenities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based internal medicine services in a collegial environment
• Provide patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations
• Participate in a shared call system (phone only)
• Contribute to a growing department with a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care

Pay

Competitive production-based pay with a guaranteed income between $301,321 - $326,401

Up to $150,000 starting and retention bonus

Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
