Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in a rural health clinic setting. This role offers a quality of life in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley, with access to outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and the Oregon Coast, all within proximity to Salem and Portland.

Responsibilities

• Providing 100% outpatient adult care within a community-focused health system
• Managing a patient panel with a focus on medically complex chronic diseases
• Participating in a team-based, physician-led environment with strong APP collaboration
• Handling a typical patient volume of 18–20/day
• Engaging in a light call schedule with most concerns managed via nurse triage

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable managing chronic and complex adult patients
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $325K with RVU incentives
• $25K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 34 days PTO in the first year
