Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

Medrina is a large, physician‑owned practice and national group for over 15 years. The practice is seeking a Medical Director for its Green Bay, WI market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ARF and SNF combination private practice model.
• Provide flexible scheduling for a Monday‑Friday workweek.
• Oversee and support Nurse Practitioners (NP) with profit‑share arrangements.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APP) if desired, with additional stipends available.
• Maintain clinical duties while collaborating with the practice’s physician team.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor.
• US residency not required; candidates may have or not have US residency training.
• Current US work visa.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients and on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, needle sticks, and chemical hazards.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment and comply with facility vaccination requirements.

Pay

• Earn $400 K+ proven income as reported by current physicians.
• Additional stipend for the Medical Director role.
• Profit‑share opportunities and extra stipends for APP supervision.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday with flexible scheduling options.
