We are seeking primary care physicians for multiple positions in a growing multispecialty group within a small rural health system. Responsibilities include: providing outpatient care with a 4-day clinic schedule, sharing inpatient and OB-C-Section call duties (1 week in 5 for inpatient, 1 in 3 for OB-C-Section), and managing a patient volume of 16 to 25 daily, with varied acuity levels. Qualifications and skills: board certification in family medicine or internal medicine, ability to handle obstetrics (including C-Sections for some roles), and commitment to patient-centered care. Compensation and benefits: includes a base salary of $305,000, retention incentives up to $200,000, production bonuses up to $100,000, and federal loan repayment assistance.
