Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Primary Care clinician to join an established outpatient Internal Medicine team at a community clinic in Tigard, Oregon. In this role, you will provide broad scope primary care for patients of all ages, including children, families, adults, and geriatric populations. You will collaborate with an integrative primary care team that includes embedded APPs, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and case management support. The clinic offers access to additional resources such as physical therapy, family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care within the same building. Key responsibilities include managing patient panels, providing comprehensive care, and participating in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Include Being Board-certified Or Eligible In Internal Medicine. The position features a full-time schedule (0.8-1.0 FTE), with a 4-day workweek.
