Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a collegial, physician-led environment with strong care teams and system-wide support.
• Focus solely on outpatient services, with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Collaborate with nurse care managers, social workers, behavioral health providers, and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize advanced EHR systems supported by dedicated programs to enhance workflow.
• Participate in a team-based care model with options for flexible FTE and work schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified physicians with a focus on internal medicine or family medicine.
• Encouraged to apply regardless of background, with strong communication and collaborative skills preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$305,000 with a two-year salary guarantee.
• $30,000 sign-on bonus and potential for productivity and quality incentives.
