Internal Medicine Physician

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in a rural health clinic setting. This 100% outpatient role involves managing an adult-only patient panel within a community-focused health system, serving a strong patient base with complex chronic diseases. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care in a team-based environment, with most after-hours concerns managed through nurse triage. The position offers a flexible schedule with 4 or 5-day workweeks, an expected volume of 18–20 patients daily, and a shared light call rotation. Qualifications include medical certification in Internal Medicine, comfort with managing complex adult cases, and strong communication skills.
