Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient primary care services in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans, supervising medical staff, ensuring appropriate follow-up, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, nurses, and care providers. Your role involves participating in the development of new technologies and protocols to enhance patient outcomes, offering continuous support to staff and patients, and contributing to a healthcare platform aimed at scalable impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to approximately 12 patients daily
• Supervise and guide care teams to ensure quality care
• Participate in creating and implementing treatment plans
• Engage in developing innovative healthcare protocols and technology
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up for patients and staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

• MD or DO, board certified
• Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Empathetic, impact-driven, and process-oriented mindset
• Preferred: 1+ years of relevant experience and AZ licensure
