About the role

Role Overview: The position involves leading patient care at a concierge anti-aging center, providing personalized primary care, and staying at the forefront of anti-aging therapies.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the medical expert and treating 8-12 adult patients daily within a 4-day workweek.
• Offering comprehensive, innovative, and personalized anti-aging and functional medicine treatments.
• Maintaining detailed patient records, ensuring professionalism, and fostering a respectful team environment.
• Providing emergency support via phone and email, and actively seeking innovative care approaches.
• Staying current with licensure, certifications, and industry advancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• US MD or DO (preferably DO), with board certification or eligibility, and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years treating patients, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and self-motivation.
• Additional training in integrative or anti-aging medicine (e.g., IFM, A4M) is a plus.

Pay

Competitive base salary of $310,000 with performance incentives and ownership equity opportunities.
