Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient care within a Monday‑Friday schedule
• Utilizing Epic EMR for documentation and orders
• Working within a system that supports referral networks and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Managing patient health and coordinating care
• Participating in a supportive team environment
• Utilizing after‑hours triage services

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Prior Internal Medicine experience

Skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Ability to manage after‑hours triage
• Strong patient health management and communication skills
