About the role
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive internal medicine care within a team-based environment
- Participating in teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
- Optional hospitalist coverage
Pay
Guaranteed minimum of $328,000 for two years, with a $100,000 retention bonus after four years.
Schedule
Flexibility in a 4- or 5-day schedule, with light call duties (1–2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends).
