Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Neenah, WI – Ascension Medical Group Neenah Main Street Clinic. This job location is in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and/or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/P).

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Enjoy a flexible PRN schedule while providing comprehensive medical care to Ascension patients across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the local community.
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed
- Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation
- Manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed
- Participate in quality improvement and cost-effective care initiatives
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice or Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
