This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established, stable, and well-respected Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APP's in a medical group practice setting.

• Call structure: office call, rotated equally with the team

Requirements

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required

Pay

• Base salary: $265,000.00-$310,000.00 per year
• Productivity/RVU/Quality Incentives
• CME Allowance: $5,000
• Malpractice coverage with tail
