Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient internal medicine care
- Participate in team‑based care with 20 providers
- Optional 6‑week annual hospitalist coverage
- Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Pay
- Guaranteed compensation floor of $328,000 for the first 2 years
- $100,000 retention bonus after 4 years of service
Schedule
- Flexible 4‑ or 5‑day work week
- Light call: 1–2 weeknights per month plus quarterly weekends
