About the Role
Neighborhood clinic serves its local, over-65 population using a value-based care model structured to treat the whole person and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. The organization is one of the fastest-growing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiple states.
- 100% outpatient clinic with no nights and no weekends
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with minimal call
- Treat complex conditions and analyze to determine the best course of treatment
- Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time with them
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Nurses or Physician Assistants
- Multidisciplinary team includes nurses, behavioral health specialists, and pharmacists
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of experience with seniors
- Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency, with a current U.S. work visa
Pay
Salary range: $220,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience. Annual bonus based on quality metrics, plus a sign-on bonus. Potential for over $300,000 total income in year one. Promotable to Lead position.
