About the role

Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value-based care model, to ensure patients are seen and heard year-round, preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Average 14-17 patients per day
• Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NPs)
• On-site lab and pharmacy
• Care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker

Package

• Salary range: $240,000 - $260,000 (commensurate with experience/site)
• Quality Bonus annually plus promotion track to leadership partnership option with zero buy-in
• 6 weeks PTO including major holidays and CME
• Malpractice, medical, vision, dental, and life coverages
• Retirement plan with match, CME of $5k

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of Missouri
• 1+ years of experience required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
