Summit Medical Group is seeking to hire a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Legacy Primary Care. With more than 562 providers across 103 locations, Summit Medical Group is the largest primary care organization in East Tennessee and is actively expanding in Middle Tennessee. The practice will relocate to a new, expanded facility at 113 Bear Crossing in Mt. Juliet in January 2027 under the name Legacy Primary Care.
Summit remains proudly independent from insurers, hospital systems, and financial investors, allowing providers to maintain greater autonomy while benefiting from extensive administrative support and resources that promote a healthy work-life balance. The group offers a comprehensive continuum of care, including four diagnostic centers, mobile diagnostic services, eight physical therapy centers, four express clinics, a central laboratory, and a sleep services center, supporting more than 473,000 patients with over one million encounters annually.
About the Role
As a Physician with Summit Medical Group, you will play a vital role in the well-being of our patients by delivering exceptional medical care, fostering positive patient relationships, and promoting preventive health practices. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure the provision of comprehensive primary care services.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
