About the role

Join an established team of 20 Primary Care physicians. Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for teaching if desired. This is an outpatient only position, hospital shifts are available if interested.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and best practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Teach and mentor junior physicians if desired

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Medical License
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (Med/Peds)
• Experience in primary care settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Medical School degree
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
• Passing scores on USMLE or COMLEX exams
