Internal Medicine Field Medical, Director, MD

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,900 – $384,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategies for external stakeholders
• Maintain updated knowledge of therapeutic areas and the company products
• Act as a resource for medical information and stakeholder insights
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop educational content strategies
• Facilitate clear communication among internal and external teams
• Present scientific information effectively across various platforms
• Promote patient care improvements through effective communications

Qualifications

• MD or DO Degree required
• 4 years of relevant experience required
• Recognized subject matter expert among stakeholders
• Demonstrated diverse leadership capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage projects in a remote environment
