Internal Medicine Field Medical, Director, non-MD

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $176,600 – $294,300 annually

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute independent medical engagement strategies for assigned stakeholders
• Provide therapeutic area/product information to stakeholders as needed
• Serve as a resource for medical insights and communication
• Contribute to the development of medical educational content
• Maintain effective communication among various the company teams
• Deliver approved medical content related to cardiovascular and metabolic topics
• Identify potential trial sites and under-represented patient populations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health science is required
• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience based on educational background
• Recognized subject matter expert among internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholder demands
• Ability to navigate within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
