About the Role

WIHD is actively recruiting an experienced Internist or Family Physician for a part-time position. This role serves patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities at a center of excellence in Valhalla, NY. You will pioneer programs for this unique population, including home visits via a NYS-certified mobile van, and lead a team of two advanced primary care practitioners.

Collaborate with multiple service lines at WIHD, such as neurology, physiatry, psychiatry, dental, nutrition, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, speech, and hearing. The clinic operates Mondays through Fridays, with a flexible schedule for part-time candidates (7 to 20 hours per week).

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Hold or able to obtain a New York State Medical License (MD or DO).
  • Experience in clinical, administrative, and educational leadership preferred.
  • Experience or passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Benefits

Pay
