What You’ll Do
- Quickly learn project details and provide support to the Internal Integration team and its cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the Internal Integration team by ensuring cross-functional deadlines are met and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Work with the Internal Integrations team, colleagues, and partners to develop, maintain, and refine Asana and other tools that keep them aligned.
- Identify potential issues early, flag them to managers, and help remove roadblocks.
- Adapt and deliver – whether the task is clearly defined or the next steps are still evolving, you're ready to assist where needed.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either project management or integrations management
- RIA or financial services industry experience preferred
- Experience building or maintaining project plans preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
