About the role

We’re seeking someone to join our Wealth Management Corporate Communications team as an Internal Communications Associate to support the development and execution of internal communications that drive awareness, engagement and alignment across the Wealth Management organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting, editing and coordination of internal communications across Wealth Management, including articles, announcements, leadership talking points, FAQs and field-facing materials.
  • Aid in the development and execution of internal communications plans to reinforce key business initiatives, organizational priorities and Firm strategy.
  • Help manage content delivery across internal channels, including intranet platforms, direct emails and leadership forums, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand and messaging standards.
  • Maintain familiarity with the Wealth Management project portfolio, key initiatives and release schedules to support coordinated and proactive communications planning.
  • Partner with senior communicators and business stakeholders to support urgent or time-sensitive communications as needed.
  • Leverage measurement tools, AI capabilities and best practices to help enhance communication effectiveness, reach and engagement.
  • Continually look for ways to meet and exceed key business priorities, factoring in team/department priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise and compelling messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and AI tools; familiarity with intranet platforms and content management systems a plus.

Qualifications

  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and a desire to learn and grow within Corporate Communications and Wealth Management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field; financial services experience a plus.
