Internal Communications Assoc Analyst
Overview
PepsiCo is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve in a cross-functional role supporting the Meetings & Events team. This role will act as a key partner in planning, coordinating and executing high-profile meetings and events while ensuring seamless support for Board activities and operational excellence across the team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong executive presence, handles confidential information with discretion and can successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. This position will serve as a central point of coordination between leadership teams, event stakeholders, vendors, agency partners and internal business partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a coordinator across the Meetings & Events team to support planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Support event logistics including registration, rooming lists, transportation, budgets, attendee communications and vendor coordination.
- Maintain event documentation, trackers, timelines and planning materials.
- Support onsite event execution as needed.
- Support planning and execution of Executive Board meetings and related activities.
- Coordinate with executive assistants and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with highly sensitive business information.
- Support executive-level hospitality and experience management.
- Assist with post-meeting follow-up and action item tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–6+ years of experience in meetings, events, executive support, project coordination, hospitality or related fields.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred
- Experience supporting executive or board-level meetings.
- Corporate event planning experience.
- Experience working with hotels, venues and production partners.
- Familiarity with event technologies and registration systems.
- Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 – $123,150. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
