About the role
The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement university-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure external funding sources.
- Oversee the execution of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary.
- Represent the university in external forums and conferences to promote its interests.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
