Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
• Review financial statements and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the organization’s financial health.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and develop audit strategies.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in auditing or finance roles.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).

Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or similar software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
