Responsibilities

• Support community management across social media platforms by monitoring conversations, engaging with audiences, and maintaining brand voice.
• Assist with content development, social media publishing, and digital communications activities for various client programs.
• Monitor social media, digital culture, and emerging platform trends to identify relevant opportunities and insights for clients and internal teams.
• Partner with account teams and digital specialists to support project coordination, research, and the execution of client work.
• Build knowledge of digital communications, social media strategy, and community management while learning from experienced team members and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
• Passion for digital communications, social media, and emerging platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in creating engaging digital content.
• Curiosity about social media trends, online communities, and digital culture.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools or content creation platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media monitoring or analytics platforms is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and support team success.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 USD/hr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.

Schedule
