Primary Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders
- Inventory Accuracy Improvement
- Project Goal: Reduce discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs
- Identify root causes of mismatches (mis-picks, mis-labels, system delays)
- Propose fixes (better labeling, scanning process, checks)

- Must be qualified to work in the United States
- Preferred degree or focus supply chain logistics or related field
- Self-starter attitude ready to jump in and lend a helping hand on projects
- Critical thinking to mentally think through problems before executing solutions
- Willingness to learn from mentorship as rotated between projects, assignments, and teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a warehouse setting
