Internship Overview/The Role
We are looking for a University Relations & Community Partnerships intern to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to work and be successful in an agency environment.
What You'll Do
- Aid the University Relations team with planning and coordinating on-campus events, activations, and other college marketing initiatives.
- Research and source new contacts at colleges and universities to help grow our network of campus and community relationships.
- Support outreach and relationship-building with university departments, student organizations, campus partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in team research and brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage college audiences and campus communities.
- Conduct research on colleges, universities, student organizations, campus culture, and relevant opportunities to support client campaigns.
- Share insights into current student consumer habits, behaviors, trends, and campus culture.
- Aid with ongoing University Relations and Community Partnerships projects and campaign needs.
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- You have an eye for up-and-coming, Gen-Z based trends, and you’re a creative thinker that is willing to travel outside of the box for the right solutions.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable building relationships with a variety of people and organizations.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and excited to research, identify, and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- You have an unmatched work ethic and are eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Internship Program Details
- The program runs from September 9th, 2026 to December 11th, 2026.
- Availability to contribute 15-20 hours a week over the course of the semester.
