Duties/Responsibilities
- Review electronic inquiries for selling company vehicles
- Communicate with employees in the field regarding requests
- Upload supporting data and sales information into a Monday.com Dashboard
- Ensure Decommissioning work orders are completed by the field
- Aid with the administrative portion of asset decommission, including procurement of titles and removing license plate data from the state agency website, etc.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to align data and approve sales
Skills/Abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Preferred but not required: Familiarity with Monday.com
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to Adapt Quickly
- Capacity for Rapid Adaptation
- Work in an office environment
